Wild Green Is An Organic And Bamboo Clothing Retailer For Both Men To Women
The Wild Green retail concept was created after owner Kathy Ecke realized how difficult it was to find meaningful, yet fun & functional products that are good for the earth. During her research Kathy quickly realized “earth friendly” encompassed many categories and wanted to make them available in a dedicated retail shop as well as a website. Kathy believed if you made these products available people would be more likely to shop for them and begin to realize the benefits to society as well as themselves and their family.
In June of 2008 Wild Green opened its retail operation at The Watch Factory Shoppes in Cheshire, Connecticut. It became one of the first eco-friendly boutiques in the area. It also was a testing ground for what is now featured here on our e-commerce site. Wild Green has made significant progress with the community and is very excited to be able to offer their products to a national consumer.
What is an Organic Clothing and what are They Made of?
It is important to know how your clothes are being made and what materials are used to make it. In today’s generations, people often forget about the quality of their clothes when somebody offers them a more affordable option.
For example, cotton is a fabric that multiplies easily across the globe, the process of production includes spraying the infected crop and used chemicals to turn cotton into their desired product. Organic cotton is different because it doesn’t engage in any chemicals in the creation. Also, in organic farming, the farmers use natural forming to keep the cottons from pesticides. Actually, there is what we call standard certifications to evaluate an authentic organic garment.
Choosing the right product:
Before making your purchase, ask yourself “will he/she like this?” And for a better decision making, you have to learn the ins and the outs of women and men dressings’ etiquette. And this article will help you figure that out.
There are many varieties of organic clothes fabrication to choose from, either it is for kids or for adults. The most common home essentials are; wool, hemp, cotton and silk. It is also important that every organic fabric should meet the qualification set by the organic trade association. The organic trade association is a group of organic trade retailers and producers who made the processing checks legal. Always check the clothes tag in order for you to verify whether the product manufacturer is authenticated by the organic certification.
They are reasons on why some women prefer bamboo clothing. Customers love the feeling of the soft bamboo fabric on their skin. Where can I find naturally colored cotton seeds?
I am growing green and brown cotton, and would like to find some of the rarercolors, such as blue, yellow, and pink. I am very interested in growing some. Thanks!

From localharvest.org:
HISTORY: Naturally colored cottons were grown by the slaves prior to the Civil War. In many instances, slaves on plantations were not permitted to grow the white cotton of their masters.
I’m also interested in growing these and am looking too, I’ll let you know if I find them, please do the same for me if you find them. Thanks!
